Natasha is efficient, very knowledgable, and committed to her clients.
1.) She helped us sell our first house and buy our second house. Although we had our own homework to do, she made sure that we weren't burdened by the extensive process of buying a home. She made sure that we understood the documents we had to sign, and she made sure that everything was in-and-out.
2.) If she didn't immediately have the answer to our questions, it didn't take long for her to find the answer to our questions. Also, she made sure that we understood the reality of our situation without being rude or belittling. I always walked away from conversations with her feeling sober and equipped to make the best decision possible.
3.) Due to Covid, there was about a two years gap between selling our first house and buying the current one. During that period, she frequently checked on us, kept an eye out for possible houses, and made sure we had the best knowledge available to navigate all the unknowns with interest rates. I never felt like she was just in it for commission. I always felt like she was committed to making sure we got the property we really wanted.

Natasha made selling our home from outside the state (1400 miles away) an easy endeavor. She is an expert at analyzing the market conditions, developing the punch list of tasks that need to be accomplished, highly detailed and gets your home to market efficiently. Her deep experience and guidance were crucial to our success as well as the contributions from her team of experts… consultants/contractors and team members. Additionally, Natasha’s keen negotiation skills really made the difference in the end. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Natasha for selling your home as she gets the results you want and outperforms the competition!
